The fuselage was too long to fit in my garage.
Fortunately my workshop is directly adjacent to the garage, so we cut a hole in the wall between the garage and the workshop.
I built a rolling dolly, as suggested by Jeremy Lezin, and the fuselage simply rolls through the hole and pokes into the workshop.
